Planet with your entourage
…. of dusty moons,
excuse our hopeful reportage,
…. recording tunes
riding emanating waves
…. from where you are.
We’re lonely. And each person craves
…. more than a star.
Wrinkle in the fold of space,
…. blip on a screen,
show us an imagined face
…. like one we’ve seen.
Or startle us with clarity,
…. o disc of blue.
Make us less a rarity
…. and more like you.
