Esther Allen

Esther Allen's translation of Antonio Di Benedetto's Zama was supported by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. It was published by New York Review Books Classics in 2016 and was chosen by Publisher's Weekly as one of the 20 best works of fiction published in 2016. She teaches at the Graduate Center and Baruch College, City University of New York.
