A Poetry Reading by Ben Mazer
Ben Mazer is the author of Poems (Pen & Anvil Press, 2010), and, more recently, New Poems (Pen & Anvil Press, 2013). A graduate of Harvard University, where he studied with Seamus Heaney, and the Editorial Institute, where his advisors were Christopher Ricks and Archie Burnett, he has also edited Selected Poems of Frederick Goddard Tuckerman (Harvard U.P., 2010), Landis Everson’s Everything Preserved: Poems 1955-2005 (Graywolf Press, 2006, winner of the Emily Dickinson Award from the Poetry Foundation), and the Collected Poems of John Crowe Ransom (forthcoming from Un-Gyve Press). He is the editor of the Battersea Review.
